Paul brings a wealth of experience and dedication to the construction consulting industry. Born and raised in Buffalo, NY, his journey into the construction world began early, working weekends and summers for his father's electrical contracting business. His hard work and commitment saw him rise to the position of Senior Electrical Estimator, laying a solid foundation for his future endeavors.
Realizing his passion for computers and programming, Paul moved to Atlanta during the Y2K era to take on various IT consulting roles. He later pursued and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems and an MBA in Marketing from Georgia State University. His skills in deductive reasoning and problem-solving, combined with the entrepreneurial spirit instilled by his parents, led him to co-found three successful business ventures.
Paul's leadership at Impulse Takeoffs is marked by his dedication to providing exceptional quantity takeoffs and project estimating services. His unique blend of construction and IT expertise ensures that Impulse Takeoffs remains at the forefront of innovation and reliability in the industry.
Outside of his professional life, Paul enjoys spending quality time with his wife and two dogs. A true sports enthusiast, he is a devoted fan of the Buffalo Bills, Buffalo Sabres, and Atlanta Braves and has a growing appreciation for college sports as well.
Justin brings over 15 years of experience in business and construction management, project management, and sustainable development. Prior experiences have been within the commercial, residential and industrial markets, with project values ranging up to $200,000,000. He has served as the project lead for both Construction Manager and General Contractor roles, as well as various consultant roles to both the project owner or the architectural and engineering teams.
Justin has a proven track record of successful project delivery for numerous clients ranging from individual developers and builders to large institutional and multinational clients. He is skilled in navigating the high-pressure, deadline-oriented environments of the building industry. He excels in: project management, cost estimating, scheduling, solicitation and procurement, development, leadership, negotiation, and analytical problem-solving.
Beyond his professional career, Justin places great importance on spending quality time with his wife and two children, creating strong bonds and lasting memories. In addition to his family-oriented pursuits, he has a deep passion for outdoor activities. This love for nature and adventure is shared amongst his broader family, particularly with his father, brothers, and son.

Impulse Takeoffs was born from necessity and insight. While running a small but rapidly growing flooring business, we faced the challenge of managing project estimates alongside field operations.
