ConEstPro.com was built around a simple idea: give contractors access to professional estimating support when they need it, without the overhead of expanding their in-house staff.
As the needs of our customers have grown, so have our services. Today, we provide estimating, preconstruction, and project support along with free access to our project management portal, giving customers one place to submit projects, manage proposals, communicate with our team, and keep project information organized.

Paul M. Dugas Jr.
Founder / CEOPaul brings a unique combination of construction, technology, and business experience to ConEstPro.com. He began his construction career working for his father’s electrical contracting business and eventually advanced to Senior Electrical Estimator.
After moving to Atlanta, Paul transitioned into IT consulting and later earned a B.S. in Computer Information Systems and an MBA. He has since co-founded three ventures and brings that same drive and innovation to ConEstPro.com.
Paul leads the company with a focus on using construction experience and technology to deliver accurate, dependable estimating and practical project support to contractors nationwide.
Justin Odders
Construction ManagerJustin brings more than 17 years of construction and project management experience across commercial, residential, and industrial markets, including projects valued at up to $200 million.
Throughout his career, Justin has held project leadership roles for Construction Managers and General Contractors and has developed expertise in estimating, scheduling, procurement, project development, negotiation, and problem-solving.
At ConEstPro.com, Justin applies this broad construction experience to help ensure our estimates, preconstruction, and project support services reflect the real-world needs of contractors and construction professionals.
