Yes, we offer expedited turnaround services on a case-by-case basis, with completion times as fast as 24 hours. However, the following factors determine whether we can accommodate an expedited request:
All project proposals are priced in tokens. Companies purchase tokens before they approve projects. The price per token is cheaper the more you purchase. All purchased tokens are kept in your bank. All approved projects are deducted from the bank.

Absolutely. While sending messages about the project in your portal will get you quickest answers, you can schedule a call with your estimator for a kick-off or post delivery review.
We strive to provide you with accurate values, but unfortunately, we are all human and mistakes can occur, just the same as if you hire an in-house estimator. We suggest that our clients spot check every project to provide a final layer of quality control. Therefore, our liability is limited to a refund of the cost paid for any project in question.

Every opportunity is different. Sometimes things have to be turned around in a few days, other times 24-hours.
